Shipping Policy:
This Shipping Policy has been created for PDI Laboratories (Xmile®)
We provide shipping only in the United States of America.
Standard Shipping: $10.95 on one-time orders, or $8.95 on subscription order, or free on orders that subtotal over $59.00 (1 business day for processing and 5-7 days for delivery)
Expediated Shipping: $16.95 (1 business day for processing and 3-5 days for delivery)
Priority Shipping: $25.95 (1 business day for processing and 1-3 business days for delivery).
Note: The above-mentioned shipping times are approximate. The time may get affected by unavoidable weather or circumstances.
All orders are subject to availability. Some products may be on backorder. All orders get processed and ship between Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Based on the shipping method selected during checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
On receipt check the items to ensure the seal and packing is intact. Do not receive the order and return it to the shipping company or courier with note returned due to damage on receipt.
