Return/Exchange Policy:

This Return/Exchange Policy has been created for PDI Laboratories (Xmile®)

Xmile® brand is committed to providing the best products to their customers. Xmile® brand ingredients and formulas are supported by scientific studies and formulated towards maintaining and improving overall health and well-being.

We always want our customers to feel confident while ordering from us. We trust that you will love our products and want to encourage you to try our products for 30 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, contact us and we will exchange your product for another product from our website or you can receive store credit which can be used later to purchase any new product from our website. To be eligible for exchange and/or return, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened and with seals. Any used or opened products are non-returnable and ineligible for an exchange.

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from goxmile.com. If you have purchased our products directly from other retailers such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target etc. please refer to their return/refund policy.

 

Note:

In order for the products to be eligible for a return and receive store credit, please make sure that:

  • Products were purchased in the last 30 days. (Products received after 30 days are no longer eligible for store credit).
  • Products are in their original packaging with all seals and packaging intact.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase

Returning Goods

The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning and shipping of the product.
